Green sand is a naturally occurring type of sand found on the continent of Antoisia. The sand gets its green color from the olivine crystals found in the surrounding environment.

Green sand magic is said to be the magic of the guardian. Green sand, and it's subsequent forms, has been classified by arenophites as an external type of magic that deals with matter.
Sand
In its sand form, green sand forms and invisible barrier that doesn't allow inorganic objects to pass when arranged into an enclosed shape. The magic will remain in effect until the shape is broken.
Glass
Green sand that has been melted down and formed into glass will unlock the green glass's ability to turn water into a green dye when submerged in water. This can then be used in tern to dye other objects green. Different shades of green can be achieved by the amount of green sand used in the blowing of green glass.
Metal
Metals cast in a green mold will imbue the metal with its green color and the ability to manipulate any inorganic object the metal comes in contact with.
